The Camp Arnes Leadership Training Program has been a reliable source of training for youth looking to develop their Christian leadership skills for many years. The vision of the CALTP is to be a producer of Christ following, mission focused leaders, who will go on to serve in camp ministry and/or church ministry. Our desire is it will be a four week program designed to develop leadership and practical skills, strengthen one’s faith and deepen one’s love for God and His work. 

 

In the past, we have offered scholarships to bring outstanding candidates into the Leadership Training Program. Many students who have received scholarships have gone on to serve at Camp Arnes (or other camps around Manitoba), having developed a passion for camp ministry. 

 

This year, we are offering two full scholarships and four half scholarships for our Leadership Training Program. To be eligible for the program, an applicant must have a personal and evident relationship with Jesus Christ and display a passion for Christian leadership. 

 

To apply, please make sure you have the following: 

• A complete application for LTP through camparnes.com. 

• A letter of motivation, including the reasons why you think you should receive the scholarship and why you want to join our Leadership Training Program. 

• An optional letter of recommendation. It could be from a pastor, youth leader or tutor: anyone who could support your application for scholarships!

Successful applicants will be notified upon acceptance into the Leadership Training Program.
